British Values

At St Mary's and St Benedict's R.C. Primary School, we teach all our pupils about British society and our British values.

We do this through our time in whole school worship; using our displays and through implicit opportunities. One such example is when some of our Year 6s went to London and we visited the Houses of Parliament.

Also, in conjunction with St Patrick's RC Primary, our School Councillors visited Preston's County Hall. They spent time in the Council Chamber and learnt about Respect, Tolerance and Democracy.
