We've had a fun filled day in Benedict class for world book day full of lots of exciting activities, the children all looked amazing!
Little Zoo to You, by Mrs Murrell

Children in Year 1 and 2 had a fantastic day dressing up as animals linked to our Science topic 'All About Animals'. In the afternoon we had a workshop form 'Little Zoo to You' in which we were able to get hands on with a variety of creatures including a giant snail, snake, milliepede, frog and a guinea pig. We learnt all about vertebrates, invetebrates and exoskeletons. We also found out about cold-blooded and warm-blooded animals and the different animal groups.
